Mimi Perez weaves decades of experience in meditation, spiritual studies, and energy healing into her work, integrating ancient practices with modern understanding to open pathways to transcendence, awakening, healing, and ascension. She is a lifelong mystic, soul scientist, innernaut, healer, and teacher whose journey began growing up in a household steeped in spirituality, mysticism, and astrology. In 2021 she experienced a profound awakening, followed by daily mystical experiences and dramatic life changes, with Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work. Mimi didn’t find her path in energy work—it found her over and over again, beginning with her experience with the Silva Mind Method as a teenager, and later with Reiki and Dr. Joe’s Coherence Healing.
