My given name is Saule, meaning Sun in English – a reminder that we are all Light in our human experience. I am a constantly evolving explorer of consciousness and the human experience. Over the past years, I have been deeply immersed in studying the evolution of awareness, the connection between body and mind, and the profound processes that shape our well-being. My journey began with yoga (it leads my body till today), but also there have always been many other practices and experiences that have allowed me to embody more and more of what simply IS. This exploration led me to innerdance (2017), where I now hold space as a facilitator for profound transformation. I hold each session with warmth and deep love for the human experience, embracing every person as they are. My intention is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported in your journey of REM-embering of who we are. In my sessions, I create a safe and open space for deep presence, where the body, mind, and energy realign. Here, in the depth of the present moment, true shifts unfold.
