I’ve been a teacher for most of my life and have moved countries multiple times, driven by my love of exploring new cultures and languages. While starting fresh in new places is exciting, it’s also left me longing for balance and belonging. Over the past decade, EFT has been a transformative tool in helping me find that balance, soothing emotions, and releasing the limiting beliefs rooted in past experiences. I discovered tapping through the World Tapping Summit over 10 years ago and, despite my initial skepticism, found it incredibly effective. Over time, I’ve used EFT alongside therapy to address social anxiety, limiting beliefs, and habits, especially as a highly sensitive person. Tapping has helped me connect with and release emotions held in the body, allowing true transformation to unfold. I use it now on an ongoing basis alongside other tools such as reiki. Now, as a practitioner, I’m passionate about creating safe, compassionate spaces for others to explore their inner worlds and move forward with greater ease.
