In addition to yoga, I became interested in various philosophies and modalities over the years, before falling in love with energy healing in 2022 – which I continue to perfect with various teachers. For the past year I've been studying with Pi Villaraza, the founder of Innerdance, both online and in person in the Philippines. –––– Today, I create safe, nurturing spaces of transformation where participants are invited to dive into a deep inner journey, accompanied by an immersive soundtrack that activates different brain waves. I activate the energy that lies dormant within each of us (prana kundalini) to stimulate vitality, release certain physical, emotional and energetic blockages, and above all, allow us to touch our deepest essence.
