I am an experienced innerdance facilitator and one of four trainers supporting the UK in the premier global year-long deep study program with pi. My work is rooted in my profound commitment to continuous study of innerdance and the re-integration of conscious dream work into everyday life. I have guided hundreds of innerdance sessions, both online and in person, alongside her trainings through CPD workshops and monthly gatherings. My writing on innerdance has been featured in professional journals and international magazines and I document my process through my blog. I also created a podcast series interviewing innerdance elders, sharing their insights with a wideraudience. With a pioneering spirit, I brought innerdance to Scottish primary schools and the Scottish prison system, and in 2025, I will introduce the practice to American jails as part of a peer-therapy program. For two years, I have developed my signature with soundscape creations, refined through the themed work I support in prisons. With over 25 years in counselling, I have continuously undertaken advanced training, specialising in trauma, somatic movement and therapeutic touch. I am a supervisor forpsychotherapists and innerdance facilitators and I hold dream groups in my local community. My approach is underpinned by person-centred, Jungian and transpersonal philosophies which align with my deep understanding of innerdance. My approach is heart-based, blending ancient wisdom with modern somatic practices and current neuroscience, creating brave and welcoming spaces for people to remember who they are through the forgotten art of dreaming together.
