Yin yoga and sound bath

These 2 hour events take place every first Saturday of the month, consisting of a Yin Yoga class followed by the wonderful healing attributes of a sound bath.

There are a few wonderful sound healers that we are collaborating with so you will get to experience a variety of different offerings. This month it will be me! The Yin Yoga will be guided by Michael of Prana Love Yoga.

Investment: R300 per person. (This is in addition to your yoga class packages if you have already joined Prana Love. However those who have an Unlimited Yoga package receive a 50% discount and only pay R150)
