Innerdance sound journey

The innerdance is a healing sound journey experience where we begin lying down and are invited to drop into Trust and surrender.

Using a powerfully crafted playlist, and supported by intuitive touch, singing bowls, instruments and sounding, we are taken on a transformative journey to our authentic self.

The sounds and frequencies are designed to induce brain waves that lead us into dream (REM) state consciousness, allowing us to dream awake and discover ourselves as greater Consciousness.

You are invited to come open-minded, ready to explore and flow with whatever may arise in this expansive conversation with body, heart and spirit.
