Energetic Atlas is a global online platform created to help people discover and connect with practitioners, facilitators, events, techniques and consciousness-expansion practices around the world.

The Platform allows users to:

  • Create public practitioner profiles.
  • Publish events, blog posts and resources.
  • Share links, playlists and media.
  • Discover facilitators through an interactive map and search system.
  • Explore consciousness-related techniques and communities.

Energetic Atlas is a discovery and networking platform only. We do not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic or healthcare services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the practitioner features of the Platform.

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

  • You are legally able to enter into these Terms.
  • The information you provide is accurate and truthful.
  • You will use the Platform only in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Accounts and Registration

You may create an account to access certain features of the Platform.

When registering, you agree to:

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account.

  • Other user-generated content

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, publish or share on the Platform.

By publishing content, you confirm that:

  • You own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it.
  • Your content does not infringe intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.
  • Your content is not misleading, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, hateful or illegal.
  • Your content does not falsely represent qualifications, certifications or medical claims.

Energetic Atlas does not verify practitioner credentials, qualifications, certifications or claims made by users.

Users are responsible for independently evaluating any practitioner, event or technique before participating.

5. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content uploaded by users remains the property of the original creator or rights holder.

However, by publishing content on Energetic Atlas, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Display
  • Host
  • Reproduce
  • Adapt for technical purposes
  • Promote
  • Distribute within the Platform

solely for operating, improving and promoting Energetic Atlas and its services.

You retain ownership of your content at all times.

You must not upload or share copyrighted material without authorization, including music, images, videos, texts or other protected works.

Energetic Atlas is not responsible for unauthorized use of copyrighted materials uploaded by users.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Any interaction, agreement, booking, payment or relationship established between users and practitioners is entirely independent from Energetic Atlas.

Energetic Atlas:

  • Does not act as an agent for practitioners or users.
  • Does not guarantee outcomes, services or experiences.
  • Does not process payments between users and practitioners unless explicitly stated in future features.
  • Is not responsible for disputes, cancellations, injuries, losses or damages resulting from interactions between users and practitioners.

All arrangements and payments are handled directly between the parties involved.

9. External Links and Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, social media pages, booking systems, maps or external services.

Energetic Atlas is not responsible for:

  • Third-party content
  • Availability of external websites
  • Privacy practices
  • Security
  • Transactions or services provided externally

Users access external services at their own risk.

10. Platform Availability
